Shipping/Customer ServiceMy 4th experience ordering with them, the website had it listed as expected shipping 2/1/26 when I received my email confirmation it said my order was a pre order and expecting shipping was 5 months. When I reached out for an update in March because they were posting on their social media how they were caught with all orders and they were shipping pre orders that were listed after my order they said they were being made in about a week. Now we are in May with no new update and I shared my frustration with them and instead of apologizing they cancelled my order and blocked me on social media then went on to post about me on their stories. My husband order this purse for me for my birthday and we were both upset it wasn’t arriving in time and even more frustrated when they said it had a 5 month shipping. I truly love their purses but their shipping is horrible and so is their customer service. I understand these are handmade but that is not how you treat a customer.

Shipping/Customer ServiceI have ordered with them 4 different times and each time the experience is horrible. The first time I ordered their website had the purse listed as shipping within 15 business days but when I received my confirmation email it said expected shipping 33 business days. It took over the 33 days to ship. The second time my husband ordered this one shipped appropriately but when it arrived at the courier they failed to provide a proper shipping label and the delivery address was missing. When the courier reached out to them and explained what happened but said they could release the order with their permission they denied it. Instead they made us ship it back and once they received it they said we had to pay for shipping AGAIN. When we told them we had proof of their mistake they denied it and only offered a refund in store credit or to pay for shipping again. The 3rd time, the website said 15 business days to ship then instead of informing me directly they post on their social media how frustrated they are with their own delays and this one took 2 months to ship.
